The office staff do their best to answer calls as they come in. If a Parishioner calls during the day, and there is no answer, caller is asked to call later again, as office staff may be occupied or in other parts of the church, and not always able to answer immediately.
The Answering Service is activated when calls are forwarded. Parishioners are encouraged to leave messages (the service is bi-lingual). If the calls are forwarded during office hours, then the Answering Service will forward any/all messages to the office that same day; and the call will be returned that day. Calls that come in after office hours are given the next business day, unless it is an emergency.
